HI,

My outside unit is running fine, but no air at all is blowing from the vents inside my house.

Please advise what I check or do to troubleshoot?

First you look on the outside unit where the copper lines attach from the house. You may see a solid block of ice has formed around them. If so, shut it off immediately and call for service.
