Is there any problem with installing a Ventless MW/Hood Combination unit with a 30" Gas Range?

I'd prefer not having to run ductwork thru new cabinets.

It can be done. Most microwaves allow you the option of vented to the outside or ventless.

Most people prefer vented because of the better elimination of odors and moisture.

Make sure you buy one that has enough CFMs to adequately recirculate air for your size kitchen.
