Hi folks,
I am in the process of buying a LCD TV and wanted to get started on accessories I need. Since I don't subscribe to my local cable company and only get the network channels (no digital cable box), wanted to find out what is the best solution to get the best quality pictures on my DTV.
I'd heard that some indoor anntenas work great with new TVs.
Can anyone offer any help and share their wisdom?
Thanks.:thinker:

Get a good Amplified Antenna. They usually go for about 40-50.00. I would recommend that the TV have a built in NTSC/ATSC/QAM tuner. Spend the extra money on a good set. Trying to save a few bucks on your TV will usually cost you on your picture quality.

A large attic/outdoor antenna is the most reliable. But it really depends on where you live, what's around your house, how far away from your local broadcasts you are. some people can get away with an indoor amplified one. never hurts to start there first and work your way up to the $150 ones.
