I just bought a table made from Teak that I want to finish. I am planning on using paste wood fill to fill and then will finish it with the stain provided by the manufacturer. I am not familiar with the stain, it is an Indonesian stain - M.A.A., Bahan Pengkilap Lantai. I believe it may be a wax finish / stain. Is anyone familiar with this product?

This sounds like a Teak oil. All Teak oils are made with modified linseed oil. Some have a color added and uv inhibitors. Unlike a wax, this should dry hard and you can wax it afterwards.
