If sink is plastic stains may be permanent. If sink is porcelain or cultured marble and finish is worn, removing hair dye can be difficult. Solvent cleaner like rubbing alcohol, denatured alcohol, or dry cleaning fluid can be used. Nail polish remover or mineral spirits may be effective. Hydrogen peroxide sometimes removes hair dye. An abrasive cleanser may be effective.

would try the rubbing alcohol first

if not a abrasive non scratch type cleaner with a microfiber cloth may help
