Walls and Ceilings - Down to studs in bathroom; next, Durock?

I tore out the bathroom walls to the studs and will put up Durock then tile over the Durock. But, do I need to put anything on the wall before I install the Durock to help keep moisture from getting into the wall? I've been told the Durock with proper sealing will be good enough but thought I'd check some opinions here.
