Yamaha (2-stroke) Golf Cart. Will Not Start, I Know It's Getting Fuel, Spark, I Belive It Has Low Commpresion, My Question Is Rether Or Not This Has "reed" Valves And If So Are Thouse Adjustable, If It Doesn't What Is The Correct Commpresion Ratio. Any Help Would Be Great. Thanks
