Welcome kkid1984 to my Gas Appliances forum and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Vague problem description with little detailed information and several possible causes. Check venting system. Oven may not be venting properly. Remove any foil if any is used. Check air intake vents located around bottom of oven, etc. Be sure burner flames appear around entire burner. May be some clogged ports, etc.

Hello: kkid1984

So your saying there is a noise even though oven is not being used or on. HUMMM. Unplug the appliance and determine if the noise still exists or is gone. If noise still present, not the oven. Check for something else nearby. No noise. Problem is in the with the oven. What it may be I'm not sure.
