We took our comforter to the dry cleaners(it was a dry clean only since it is silk) and when we got it back, it had some issues:
1) There were orange stains in a couple places, that smelled like the cleaning solvent.
2) Some places on the blanket became very "crunchy", instead of it being soft like it was before
I can deal with number 2, maybe time will help soften it up, but I've taken it back twice already for the same orange stain. Is my blanket getting damaged being cleaned so much and can the stain be removed?
Please help!!

If the dry cleaner caused the problem and cannot fix it, I'd say they owe you a new one.

If care label said dry clean only, then dry cleaning should not have damaged the silk comforter. Have the dry cleaner explain the drying cleaning process used on the comforter. Note: Heat damages silk. Dry cleaner should be responsible for damage. Quality cleaners will inspect items before returning to customer to see if they live up to their own expectations. Such an inspection would have revealed stains and damage to silk.
It is highly recommended that silk comforters be protected with a washable duvet cover. This will minimize the necessity for frequent cleaning. According to the International Fabric Institute, dry cleaning does not shorten the life of fabric.
