I am finishing my basement and have ran into a problem.
On the longest wall every wall seam has an issue. The issue is approx. 2" off the tape edge the drywall has a 2" line in it. I put three coates of primer on the wall before I applied 3 coates of Olympic paint from Lowe's. The seams are smooth and flat to the touch. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

Welcome to the forums
Is the drywall paper fuzzy?
If so sanding and/or skim coating the fuzzy area will fix the problem. 1 coat of primer is almost always sufficent.

Thanks for responding
There was no fuzz on the drywall, but I think I have it solved. I put three coats of kilz on the wall.

;) You sure do like 3 coats :D
I believe it was fuzz from oversanding on the drywall paper face. A light sanding of the paint would have been easier but I believe the additional paint was enough to cover it. Don't forget you need to paint over the kilz - 1 coat is sufficent as long as it covers.
