I installed ceramic tile in a bathroom in my basement and the grout has dried much lighter than the color that was advertised. I tried some acid based tile and grout cleaner (supposed to remove efflorescence) but no luck. The grout looks fine when it's wet. Anyone have any recommendations for any sealer that will keep that "wet" look or darken the grout when it dries??

A surface grout sealer may give you the shiny, wet look you desire. There are also grout colorants available.

Regular grout sealer will not darken it, make it look wet or shiny, some do, but you have to get the right one, the first thing I would do is pick some sealer that's also an enhancer, this type of sealer will darken it some and may give you the look your after, test it first in an out of the way spot, if no good, then use a colorant, this WILL work and seal it all in one step, but don't seal the floor with any other product first, colorants don't work on sealed grout, it would have to be removed first.:)
