Does anyone have an example of a cost breakdown per line for a new house?

We are planning an 1100 sq ft house and in the process of doing a budget.

I had a percentage breakdown for every item, but seem to have lost the file.

I know that it's basically impossible to do an average budget, but it'll give me someplace to start.
