I have been re-arranging my garden low voltage lighting and in the process the little two pronge sharp terminals that puncture the wire have broken off. You can pull them out and they look like a U shaped wire clamp. Can you buy these anywhere or any suggestions for repairing.

I've seen them at the Big Boxes around here. I've got some Intermatics that have cheaper, smaller setups directly connected to the fixture leads, but the replacements are a flat, rectangular box where the fixture wire feeds in a side slot and the main passes thru two side slots without being cut. When you screw the shell together the prongs pierce the insulation on both and voila.

Not sure what you mean by big boxes. Is this a store or are you referring to the big stores like Walmart and Home Depot. What are you referring to re intermatics. I am assuming you have seen replacement parts in the big box store?
Thanks for your suggestions.
