I have severe stains in my plastic (I believe) sink from permanent hair dye. I've used rubbing alcohol, "Uncolor" by Clairol, and softscrub. Heaving scrubbing has faded the dye a little, but not much. Any new suggestions?:wall:

Mineral spirits would be my next guess. The dye may have filled in minute scratches in the surface which may prove hard to remove. The dye may of also been absorbed into the pores of the sink if its a older one.
