Dropped some chocolate onto a cotton tshirt. My wife washed it but the stains are still there! Any ideas to remove them.

If the shirt was dried the heat may of set the stain permanently.
I would try a enzyme cleaner..let it sit on there 10-15 mins..then launder as usual with plain water. Again, if it was dried it may of set it.
You can pick up a enzyme cleaner at Janitoral supply stores or pet stores.

When you rewash, some all fabric bleach may be helpful.
