Hi

I am struggling with the remote control for my Akira AC-S10AK air conditioning unit. I just don't seem to be able to select it to produce heating although the unit should do so. Can anyone please advise?

Assuming that this particular model does indeed have heat capabilities. No1 question does it heat if set manually at the control panel? No2 question Did it ever heat before? No3 question Do you have the factory paperwork? No4 question If it does have heat capabilities, is it a heat pump or does it utilize electric resistance heat coils?
