had freon added to my unit last week. they put 2 lbs in the unit but did not say how much we needed. it was cooling the house for a couple of days then it stopped working. a coil freezes up and the large outside line freezes up also. thank you

If the filter and coils are clean then you probably have a leak. Especially if they had to add refrigerant already. They should have looked for the leak when they found it was low.
