I have an 11,000 BTU window unit in the master bedroom that cools great, but has black spots that I can only assume are mold inside the vents. Are the hazardous and how can I get rid of them and keep them from coming back?

just spray some fantastic or a little bleach ON A SCRUB BRUSH and get it out of there..it wont cause harm... but it would be best if you get it out of there
