Moving into house i just purchased. Will be replacing current forced air (oil fired) heat with new forced air with AC,house has electric hot water heater. Is there a system that can heat ,cool and do the hot water without a seperate hot water heater?

A warm air furnace with A-Coil will give you heat and A/C. A boiler can give you heat and hot water. There is no one system (that I'm aware of) that will give you all three.

If you can swing the extra upfront cost for the wells, go geothermal. Mine heats and cools and does hot water and cost very little to operate. Hydro Delta (what I have) makes units that have desuperheaters and also units that have dedicated hot water heating if you're willing to spend a little more. www.hydrodelta.com

You could use a boiler for your hot water & put a hot water coil in the air handler used for A/C, to heat the house. This type of system is refered to as Hydro-Air & works just like the heater in your car. Hydro-Air has been done for years & is now enjoying a resurgance in popularity. It really shines when homes have more than one air handler such as up & down stairs.
