This has not become and issue but I want to make sure it never will. My tub in one bathroom is 3/4" out of level. It slopes downhill towards the drain. Water puddles in the corner quite a bit during a shower. It is wiped off most of the time after showers and I keep up on recaulking the joint between the tile and tub when I feel it's neccessary. There is a flange on the tub so I'm sure if water does get past the caulk it will not get to the framing. Anything else I can do to maintain this?? thanks

Situations like these never go away......unfortunately.
If it is worth your time it may be prudent to remove the tub and have it installed correctly.
From there it is just general maintenance like industry standard warrants.
