I just bought a house that has a pre-existing ADT Safewatch 3000 Pro alarm system, along with two 5804BD wireless transmitters and a 5800TM module. The equipment was already installed, but the transmitters don't seem to work properly... any button you push says "system disarmed, ready to arm". The keypad I have is fixed english... is it possible to get these transmitters configured without an alpha keypad? I read through the Vista 20P install guide, but it mostly caters to alpha keypads.

I signed up for monitoring service through Alarm Relay, and they walked me through programming the system, but they couldn't help me with the wireless transmitters.

Are you trying to add these devices to the system, or are they already in place? The answer will be different depending on which.

You can do just a couple of devices with a fixed alpha keypad, but it's a bit of a pain in the neck because you cannot see the prompts.
