Hello, I have a shower base which is made of ceramic I think, the same material as your standard tiles. I have an accidental burn mark, which doesnt seem to come out with anything, it only happened about an hour ago, can someone please give me some help? thanks.

How did the tile get burned heat or chemicaly? I would try a solvent first ie: rubbing alcohol. If that doesnt remove, i think it may be in there. Some ceramic have a glazing on the surface. I think this may have been damaged.

You may have success using #0 steel wool and liquid dish detergent.
