Hi I am in the process of finishing our basement.. I had a friend who came up for the weekend to do the plumbing.. I got him to install one of those corner shower kits from homedepot.. Problem is when i turn the valve i get hot at the cold mark and cold at the hot mark.. this is a one handle shower valve by Moen. is it possible to reverse this without redoing the plumbing..
Thanks

I have not done it, and not sure if Moen has what Delta has, but you may be able to remove the cartridge and flip it 180 degrees. If you are unable to do that, you may have to go into the adjoining room, cut a hole in the sheetrock, reverse the pipes and do a patch on the sheetrock. OH, yeah, turn the water off first.

If its not to late. If its not apositemp. Take the handle off. turn the brass stem 180. No need to pull the cartridge.
