If it's never been changed, the default installer code (which is different from the master code) is either 1555 or 5555. You will need the installer manual (unless you are trying to do something pretty minor, in which case we can walk you through the small stuff). If those don't access program mode, then things get a bit more complicated.
Take a look at previous posts concerning Power 632, PC 1555, and Power 832 panels, as all of the DSC Power series panels program fairly similarly, to get a feel for what you are getting into.
