i have a frigidaire GLRS237ZAW5 side by side...

in the ice/water dispenser in the freezer door, a problem is arising...

every now and then, the light will show "CUBE" for cubed ice, however, crushed ice comes out...i usually push the buttons back and forth between cube and crushed to fix the problem...however, something is wrong or it wouldn't do this...

any idea what is causing this and what parts need to be replaced...

'm not sure which model that is, or if you have figured it out yet, but I had the same problem on my 3year old sidexside. I looked into the dispenser area and found a piece of ice wedged in the mechanism. Removed it and works fine
