Walls and Ceilings - denshield behind tub surround

i am using denshield behing the plastic tub surround and up to the ceiling.

after using the search function, i almost wish i hadn't. lol

to many mixed feelings on the product and now i'm curious as to whether i should us the denshield or not.

BUT, i am going to use it and what i need to know is........

after putting the board up do i need to tape it off and "finish" it???

if so, what should i use and so on?

Confused. :wall:

Denshield is not needed but not a bad idea. Don't have to tape it. Only the part that shows above your surround should be finished and painted.
