Hi, i've just bought some wide plank solid oak to lay over a concrete subfloor. the subfloor is not too bad, it dishes in one area and is not totally smooth. I have been advised to lay a damp proof membrane followed by 3mm foam layer before laying t&g 18mm moisture treated chip subfloor, then the wood 20mm x220mm oak planks secret nailed. Any thoughts?
