I have a boiler that heats my hot water when the heat is on.
As soon the the heat goes off, the water is only luke warm.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Keven

First of all, before any adjustments are made to the temperature, you must be sure that everything is up to snuff when it is off/cold. You have to make sure the boiler has the proper amount of water at the correct pressure (12 psi is usually good in most applications), and that the entire system is bled, and the expansion tank is full of air.
If all that is correct, then you can proceed with figuring out what is wrong with the heating. But post back if the things I mentioned are correct, before me or anyone else here posts some novel on what to do.

Assuming the boiler "heats" your home when your thermostat calls for heat, I don't think it's a system problem. How long has this been going on? It could be as simple as a setting on your aquastat or scale build-up inside the tankless coil.
You didn't say,,, Do you have a hot water storage tank? OR a transfer coil inside the boiler?
Let me know
