I have a no name 2 handle shower and one faucet is leaking.
-It's a plastic cartridge assembly and I have replaced the leaking unit with a Moen 0012 cartridge which appears identical but it's still leaking.
-When I swap hot and cold cartridges the leak moves to the other side so it must be in the cartridge.
-The new and the old cartridges leak exactly the same.
-You cannot blow any air thru the cartridge when it is closed.
Any ideas?

Problem solved the new cartridge that I used was defective. Installed another new one and it's working great.
