I have a 2 cycle craftsman gas trimmer (316.791880) and I am having problems starting it. I need to get to the recoil assemblies but cannot remove the clutch rotor assembly. Any hints on how to remove this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

I usually use a small drift pin or punch and drive it in the direction required to unscrew it.
