We came back in from walking our small dog, and somewhere he stepped in grease. One foot is saturated, and it is between the toes.

It also got on the carpet, white leather sofa. Leather cleaner removed it from sofa.

Tried paint thinner on dogs foot, it only removed some of it. Like a big chunk stuck........

Don't know where to begin with carpet, am guessing my woolite carpet cleaner won't do it...........

yeah i dont think wool lite will do it

i would try some wd-40 on a rag..blot from outside in to avoid spreading that should do it...then take rubbing alcohol and remove the wd-40 residdue

Solvent cleaner will be required for removing grease or oil. Blot with white rag from outside stain toward middle, using denatured alcohol, dry cleaning fluid, or other household solvent. Test first in inconspicuous are for ill effects on unstable carpet dye.
