We are selling our house next year and are beginning to consider making some repairs to problem areas, one of which is our old porch. Its made of a concrete slab that sits on bricks on the front and side of the house. I don't know what exactly the slab sits on against the two sides at the house.
In any event, something has settled and the slab has cracked in two places and slopes toward the middle. I'd like to fix this porch in preparation for selling the house, but would rather not replace it entirely as I assume this would cost more than its worth.
I'd appreciate any ideas!

Call a slabjacking (mudjacking) company. You can usually find them in the Yellow Pages under concrete contractors or mud jacking contractors. They will raise the sunken concrete back to level without removal.
