I added two wireless remote key fobs which arm and disarm my system. When I arm using these remotes ADT is receiving a problem code: "Expired Trigger Passcode". How do I fix this in the programming mode? Please Help! Thanks

If your system is set to report arms and disarms, what may be happening is that the user number that they are receiving isn't on their records. It's not a problem with your remotes, it's a problem in how they handle user codes. The only thing I could think of would be to turn off the arm/disarm reporting. You could try setting the report code for each of the remote buttons to 00.
Basically each arm and disarm is sending the zone number of the button as a "user number" Since the template they are using probably doesn't recognize user numbers higher than 6 (the max number of user codes for a V-10se), their software is spitting out an error code.
You can try telling them that you have added the remotes, and for them to log those "user numbers" as coming from those remotes.

Do I turn off arm/disarm report code in *66? Do I enter a 0?

You would enter 00 in *65 & *66 to turn off both arm and disarm reports.
