How to remove tiny pasta sauce stains off of painted surface?

It depends on the paint. If it's flat, I suggest primer and new paint. I have never had any luck washing flat paint.
If it's semi-gloss or flat enamel, try Mr. Clean magic eraser. As salways, try an inconspicuous spot first and rbu VERY lightly. This is a great product, but it will take paint off if not used carefully.
