Hello,
is there any software or online book available for look at different plans of homes and apartment for free ? buying a apartment on 5 stories apartment bldg. and I want to creat a plan for 2400 Sq.ft, builder is ready to make my design inside the walls.
any help will be apprcited

Issues like this usually require an architect. Reason - Multi-Family unit.
Best to consult with building officials as to what is required before even considering doing this yourself. The "builder" should also know what the requirements are to obtain a Building Permit.
This requires a great set of blueprints.
