Hello -
My Honda 4-stroke lawnmower engine speed fluctuates rapidly (3 second cycle of fast/slow). It does this at all speeds (but will not idle at slow speed). Does not do it and seems to run fine when fully choked. Mower is only 2 yrs old. Air filter looks clean. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I believe you'll need to remove and clean the carburetor.
