Hello,
I am trying to remove star plugs from a painted brick wall so that I can fill in the holes and paint over them. I would be grateful if someone could recommend the best way to remove these plugs.
Thanks,
ABC

Hi,
I found the following link that has a picture of what star plugs are (except they are called star anchors here):

sometimes it's easier to tap in wall anchors further, than to try to pull them out (and in the case of drywall, it does less damage & leaves a smaller hole).
so if you can't get them out, tap them in further!

Drill Them out with a bit the same size as the outside diameter.
