i would like to get some free est. on how much to install centrel air in our rental home the land lord said he do it but the rent would good up to cover the cost the furness is a AIR-EASE BRAND i have no idea how old it is but can be equepped for centrel air its a 1 story ranch brick house 2 bedrooms one spare bedroom bathroom living room kiction backroom any ideas how much to install centrel air is it even worth it i got 2 window units that we use in the summer one in the kitction one at the back of the house and they do the job with fans blowing the cold air around so is it worth getting centrel air installed or not.

Call some local HVAC contractors. Nobody can give you any kind of reasonable estimate without seeing the job.

in the phone book look for Air Conditioning units or under heating or furnaces

ok if i have time tomorrow i will look i buisy with small engines right but is worth looking into can't afford it right know but maby the landlord will go half and half on it he said he would do it but the rent would go up to cover the cost

In a rental I think your money would be best spent on the window units. Save the money you would be using on central air to put toward your own house someday.
