i have recintly installed a safewatch pro 3000EN was wondering if there is any software to monitor my alarm from my pc?
like save the log files and such.
and i was needing to know how to clearand disable the auto dialing to adt
I keep getting 94 displayed in the lcd

In short, no. Because you have the version of the Vista-20p made for ADT, one of the major changes is that the programming software for the standard models doesn't work on the SW-3000, and vice-versa; and ADT keeps pretty tight control over their download software.
Diabling the dialer is pretty easy: Enter program mode and enter *41*, *42* & *94*. This erases all of the ADT phone numbers and turns the panel into a local only system. You will also need to enter *92 0 to turn of the phone line monitor function, if there's no live phone line connected.

thanks for the information
