When going from a Number 1 Oil to a Number 2 Oil, would I have to change the nozzle size? If so, how would I determine the size?

No you don't have to change the nozzle, but why would you ever want to switch from #1 to #2 oil?
Number one burns so much cleaner.
I think you will regret the change in the long run.

This would be a temp thing.
My cousin converted to Gas and wants to give me the 200+ gallons of oil in his tank. My unit is in a trailer that is used from May to end of November for long weekends. Someone stole my oil a few years back, 180 Gals., so I stopped filling the big tank. Now I use a 25 gal tank and bring 10 gals. up with me at a time. Figured it is free and he's in no hurry to remove his oil tank and we have some 50 Gal. barrels and an SUV.
Thanks for the info.

I understand & would do the same. At todays prices 200 gallons amounts to about $500. Don't try to haul it all at once unless you put the drums in a trailer. Two hundred gallons of oil would weigh in excess of 1500# & might be a bit too much of a load for a SUV. I do advise you to install a secondary filter in the fuel line.

I totally agree with Grady on the secondary filter, AND you may want to add some stabilizer if it's old oil, certainly can't hurt.
you may also want to have someone do a combustion test once you've started using the oil. it may be a bit smoky. What are your local D.O.T. regs on transporting used-oil? Some only allow two 50 gallon drums at a time.
