I have a A/C system which had cooling problem. The PRO has changed the expansion valve and dryer on the high pressure line. After recharging, the system is cooling but when I checked the pressure on the Low side today it seems like the pressure is too high. I measured the line while the A/C was OFF, the low pressure indicates 110 psi and the high side was maxout. When the AC is turned ON the low pressure indicate 60 psi and the high side still maxout. I am pretty sure the gauge is working fine. What could be the problem. Is it too much freon in the system? The expansion valve is the new kind which works by monitoring temperature and pressure of the Acoil in the attic.
Do you have any idea what is going on?
thanks

pretty good idea of exactly what is going on so cannot provide any information. My advice would be to call your PRO back and have it repaired if there is a problem.
