If building a deck between 2 perpendicular walls of a brick house, am I correct in assuming I run a leger on both walls of the house? and the legers will be anchored with concrete anchors?

That sounds like the obvious approach, but you may want to use only one ledger and an extra post.
This will eliminate all of the sealing and flashing problems associated with the second ledger on the perpendicular wall.
Attaching, flashing and sealing ledgers is one of the biggest problems associated with hanging a deck on a house.
