The unit outside turns off, but the fan inside the air handler contunies to run? Looking for some help on what the issue might be. I just changed thermostats around 6 months ago, could I have it missed wired? Fan is on Auto.

The G wire should be all alone. Nothing jumping to it, or touching it.
If nothing is touching, then remove the G wire at the t-stat sub base and see what happens..
If it still runs, then go to the furnace and remove the G wire and see if the fan shuts off.
If the fan then stops, then you may have a short in the wire between the t-stat and the furnace.
PS, does this only happens in Cool or both heat and cool?
