A customer has a safe house burlar/fire alarm , the cat. no. 49-470a the key pad is cat. no.49-535
the infr sensor is cat. no. 49-531
the battery is cat.no. 23-181a
all his paper work on this alarm system were damaged from a flood he had out there. do you have manuals and parts for this alarm system ?

This was made by/for Radioshack. Manuals may be found at the Radio Shack Support site (http://support.radioshack.com/productinfo/ProductResults.asp?Name=Security_Systems&ID=010002002)

It's a little obscure, because the link is well buried on the main RS site.

I'm not too surprised. This was pretty old hardware a year ago, and many of the manufacturers are phasing out support for older discontinued hardware. RS would rather sell new stuff than supply support for hardware they no longer sell.

I have the owners manual for this alarm center. I don't have any information on the keypad and am still looking for it.

Let me know if you still need this info.
