I'm going to install a RO water treatment system in my house, the one I'm installing is a watts premier from samsclub. I was reading the installation manual and says that for best performance is to have about 60psi of water for optimal membrane life. My well kicks on about 32psi and shuts off about 52psi. I read about a booster pump and was wondering how to install one of those. Any help appreciated.

Watts Premier Booster pump ...

Are you using this RO right off the well or is there a water softener?
BTW, good choice on your RO ... great bang for the buck :)

I read somewhere on this board that it is better to run after the softener.

ABSOLUTELY!
The RO membrane and filters will last lots longer if it is fed clean soft water. Do you have a softener?

Yes and I just had a test on the water- before and after the softener. He said that the iron content in the water was above the state recommendation, he tried to sell me a RO on the spot but I thought that $750.00 was a little much.

You need to correct the iron content in the water after the softener before you install the RO.
Post your water test results before AND after the softener.
ROs do well with clean soft water with reasonable TDS.
As I said ... good choice on an RO, the Watts Premier @ Sam's is great bang for the buck and the filters and membrane are standard size. Sam's also has a great deal on a Watts replacement filter kit.
