I have a 15 x 30 above ground pool and want to build a wood deck halfway around. The township where I live requires that I give them 3-D plans. The posts have to be dug in 3 feet per code. I went on freedeckplans.com, but I can not use the system that they have . Can anyone direct me to a website that might have the plans that I need??? Thank you.

I use a program called 3-d decks, I think by Broderbund, which allows you to design in 2-d and convert to 3-d with a click. You can even punch in default lumber costs, so it will estimate decks for you. Oh yeah, it also allow for rotation of the deck over, under, right and left 360 degrees.
