Here's what I have. A small shop with two sinks and a laundry room. No shower. The house has been wired with #8 AWG wire and gas/LP will not be an option.
Due to wire size and useage, I'm looking for a 9 Kw unit. From the research I've done, this seems to limit me to Power Stream, EEmax, and Stiebel Elstron (the other manufacturers either not having that size or being too expensive).
From the FAQs page, the advice seems to purchase from a local dealer who can be available for parts, warranty, etc. Trouble is, in this area all the plumbers look at you and say, "A tankless what???"
So, whatever I buy, I'll be doing the installation and repair (which isn't a problem since I've always done my own plumbing anyway). What I"m looking for is from the brands above, which has the customer support, parts availabilty, ease of repair, etc., I would be looking for.
