Does anyone know where I can obtain the manual for my 1728 Paradox security system?
I would like to re-config the zones so that I am able to open/lock certain zones with the stay / arm commands.
I am familiar with the bypass system, however, I would like to be able to change the pre-configured configuration.
Thanks in advance, any help would be appreciated.

Paradox is pretty rare in my area, hopefully one of our other members has more experience with this system.

I have the manual that comes with the 1689 key pad & 1728 control panel. Do you have one? If not. I will get you the relevant info . I don't have it at this location but can forward it later today.

I have a general manual that came with the system, the manual is mostly for the keyboard and not the system itself... if you have a manual for the 1728... then ya, I would really like to get my hands on it... THANKS!

Do you have a fax # I could send it to, if not I will try to get it scanned and e-mail it. I could send it directly to your e-mail if you wish. One manual has over 60 pages so I will try to select the ones you need and send those first.

superb, I don't have a fax... however, if you could just scan the pages related to the configuration of the zones - it would be great (you can also use a digital camera, it's quicker than a scanner and the results are usually better :)) My email has been pmed to you. thanks man, you're a saver

Here is a link to a site where you can buy the manual.
http://tech-man.com/
Enter Paradox in the search box. I think it will cost $10 for the download.
