Doors and Windows - Need help removing old arrow doorknobs

I recently purchased a new apartment and want to replace all of the doorknobs. I have been remodeling homes for a few years now and have never come across doorknobs like those in my new place. The knobs were manufactured by Arrow, however I do not know what time period they were made in. My problem is that there is no visible way to remove them. Normally I would just tinker with them until I figured out how to get them out, but I don't want to break them and not be able to open the doors. If anyone knows how to remove them please let me know.

I am not sure off hand, but am simply posting because I have knowledge on other knobsets/locks (usually commercial grade) that require removal of a screw-bolt from the latch which secures a part inside the door. Once that screw-bolt is removed from the latch on the edge of the door, then you start unscrewing the knob. Such knobset/locksets were (are) made this way so that people did not mess with the knobs and take them apart and maybe gain access to where they weren't supposed to go ina building. You could not remove the knob because if the door is closed and locked, you could not simply slip a pin, awl, pen, tip of screwdriver ...push in that pin... to release the knob. You had to first be the one to have a key to unlock the door so you could access the edge of the door to unscrew that screw-bolt.

Arrow knobsets are very similar to most others. On the inside knob, next to the rose plate, you should find a poke hole. Use something like a paperclip, or an icepick, and depress the retainer clip. While holding that depressed, pull off the inside knob. Next remove the rose. This usually snaps on. IF it's been painted on, it may be difficult to remove. Once that is off, you should see the connecting screws. On arrow, they are 12 O'Clock, and 6 O'Clock. Remove them, and slide the lock out of the door towards the outside of the door. Next, remove the strike latch screws, on the edge of the door, and remove the latch. Done.

I'm not here to argue with anyone, and a home remodeler should know. I've been locksmithing 17 years, and I should also know. Arrow is one of our lines. I will let sleeping dogs lie.
