I have a Mark 100 that is showing a "CS" code on the read out. Would anyone know what this means, and how to correct it?

I suspect that those error codes are a "revenue generating" message. Give Culligan a call and see what they say. You may find a sympathetic ear.

hi fxd2003,
On the older Culligan Mark 100 models, the "cs" means "call for service" and could be any number of issues preventing the softener from working properly. Are you experiencing any other problems (i.e. hard water, unit running to drain, etc) in addition to the display readout? That may help the technician diagnose the system for you faster to minimize the labor on the trip.

I have not had any other problems really except the message. I did notice a reduction in soft water which made me curious to recheck salt use - thus, I saw the code. Thanks Bob
